When We Sleep (2023)
When We Sleep is a senior film that was in production during the 2022 - 2023 academic year. The film, comprised of both 2D, 3D, and stopmotion elements, tells a series of vignettes recounting dreams from real friends, family, and strangers of the crew. On the short film, I served as the Art Director and Character Designer. During pre-production, I created character designs, color scripts, and beat boards, and during production I cleaned up, UV'd, and created hand-painted textures for 3D environments. I spent the post-production quarter rendering out 3D shots and creating an art book for the project with Adobe InDesign. Our film will be entered into some festivals so it's not yet available to the public, but I'm proud of what my team and I created and am excited for it to be released in the future.

The Ten Commandments of Banquet Serving (2022)
The Ten Commandments of Banquet Serving is a student film for which I was Color Director. My role included experimenting with and creating final color schemes for each character and prop as well as coloring in all backgrounds. This project allowed me to become much more comfortable with Adobe Illustrator. The short is in its final stages of post-production, and I look forward to seeing it released soon!

Go! Go! Goo! (2022)
Go! Go! Goo! is a short, minute long animated bumper created for my Collaborative Animation course. It follows a flood of pink goo, born from creativity, as it spreads the joy of art around the world. The idea started as a pitch I made to our class, and was then chosen as one of two ideas to be greenlight. From there, a team of classmates were assigned to work on the project. I served as Asset Lead on the film, which entailed designing characters, backgrounds, color scripts, and storyboards. I also created some assets and overlays to be added in during the post production process. It was a very rewarding experience to work with a team to bring one of my ideas to life! You can watch the finished bumper on Youtube.

One Afternoon (2021)
One Afternoon is an animatic I created for my Drawing for Storyboarding class at SCAD. The assignment involved picking a pre-existing audio and creating a story to be animated alongside it. Inspired by the song One Afternoon (어떤 오후) by Girls' Generation, this work details a glimpse into the lives of two long lost lovers, confronted by one another for the first time after their split. This was an idea I had for quite some time, so I enjoyed bringing it to life in a small way for this assignment, and would love to expand upon it further!
